Where can I view my sales receipt?
Sales receipt will be send to your email immediately the purchase is complete.
How can I return an item?
We can cancel your order within 24 hrs of your purchase as long as we have not shipped out to you. If you have any questions about our refund policy or need to cancel your order please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Stocks are indicated for limited products. Before you checkout, verify if the product is in stock, esle, it will be a backorder.
When will my order be shipped??
On like our poineers in Beijing, we ship out on more regular bases. Shipping is schedule every 2 weeks. The shipping date may also vary based on the product or if its a pre-order.
