SHIPPING AND PAYMENT:

At Bitmain Antminer, Payment accepted in USDT, USDC, or BTC.

1. All payments made by you, including the unit price and total cost of the goods, must be made in US dollars.

2. The retail price listed above does not include the expenses of shipping, customs fees, or taxes (if applicable).

3. After an order has been submitted, Bitmain Antminer will not consider requests to cancel the order, refund any portion of the ordered money, or substitute alternative items or batches for the ordered item(s). It Order is to be cancelled, it should not be done 24 Hours after the purchase.

4. The final shipment version should take precedence over the images shown just for reference.

5. The warranty (one year)  only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the machine from Bitmain Antminer. Once the miner is resold, warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the re-seller.

3. If the user fails to use the product per the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided or changes the function settings of the unit without OUR prior consent, BITMAIN ANTMINER will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.

HOW TO ORDER THROUGH THE SITE

After placing an order, you will receive an order receipt confirmation email from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

After receiving your payment, we will send a payment receipt email notifying the receipt of your payments. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we fail to receive your payments in the period designated by us.

Please note that these emails do not mean that your order has been accepted or confirmed. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a shipping confirmation email confirming the shipment of your order.

Your order will only be accepted by us and a contract will only be formed with us when we send you the shipping confirmation. The contract will relate only to those products whose shipment we have confirmed in the shipping confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order but are not included in the shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted the order and shipped the products and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order where:

(1) there has been an obvious error in price;

(2) the product probably cannot be shipped to the designated address due to the change of custom’s policy or import control of certain country or other Force Majeure event; or

(3) the product is no longer in our or our third party fulfillment provider’s inventory.

SHIPPING DETAILS

1. First-paid-first-ship scheduling will apply to orders for which Bitmain Antminer has received complete payment.

2. You are accountable for any delays brought on by customs or returned goods as a result of improper paperwork. To prevent any customs clearance delays or unforeseen expenditures, it is strongly advised to be informed of local customs clearing laws and to prepare all customs papers in advance.

A 180-day guarantee is offered beginning on the shipment date. When sending a replacement equipment within the warranty period, Bitmain Antminer will pay for freight.

3. The machine’s original buyer, who bought it straight from Us, is the only person eligible for the warranty. After the miner is resold, the reseller is in charge of providing warranty coverage.

4. If the user fails to utilize the product in accordance with the guidelines, conditions, and specifications supplied or modifies the unit’s function settings without Our prior approval, Bitmain Antminer will not be responsible for any harm resulting from such action.
